An outstanding experience from start to finish! My wife and I undertook a very large renovation of a 2800 sq. ft. house built in the 1980’s with some significant structural issues and layout changes. Not only did Davery identify & resolve our issues in stride, they maintained absolute top-notch finishing quality and went above-and-beyond to find cost-effective solutions. Davery clearly has great relationships with the highest tier of Edmonton’s sub-trades – from flooring & tile work to finishing & custom millwork, we were blown away by the overall quality of the finished product. Simply impeccable. We were overseas during the entire build process and, most importantly, we had full confidence and trust in Davery to deliver on our vision. The site team maintained full transparency on what was done and why it was done. A great experience.

We have been in our home for just over a year now and each day is a pleasure to live in this beautifully constructed home. We remember so well the discipline that you used in constructing our home by enforcing a zero tolerance of no smoking, no pets and no garbage on the site; you took care of it in the same way that we would have. Also, your relaxed attitude but a total focus on giving us exactly what the contract stated was so appreciated by us. It was an absolute pleasure working with you and all of your trades, everyone was always friendly and professional. We got the home we had planned for and in a number of cases we got even more due to you and your trades attention to fine details. We absolutely love living in our home! Thank you for building our home. If we were ever to do this again we would simply hire Davery and not interview three other builders as we did last time.

We look around everyday and after 9 years we are still thrilled with how beautiful our home is! They were creative and the finishings were way above our expectations. Even the garage is spectacular! They took advantage of the lot in ways we never thought of. The best was that they completed our home from taking down a huge house and garage to move-in in 9 months! In addition anything we needed after we moved in was dealt with efficiently. When we have guests they want to buy it from us...thanks Davery !
